My Background and Approach
I use Brainspotting, EMDR, and IFS to help clients heal unprocessed trauma. My approach is somatic and experiential, offering something different from typical talk therapy. Together, we’ll dig deep to uncover and transform the underlying causes of your suffering. Therapy can feel like creating art or writing a poem—and you are the artist.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Beyond my clinical work, I strive to effectively advocate for social change by collaborating with communities and organizations to address legislative and policy issues. I understand that everyone is affected by societal stressors, and working towards more equitable social policy is a vital part of increasing the well-being of everyone. I am a father and happily in love with my partner. In my spare time, I enjoy playing video games with my friends, reading science fiction, and practicing mixed martial arts.
