I work with kids and adults aged 10-65. I specialize in providing mental health support to people with depressionanxiety and trauma. I believe that the client is the best expert of themselves and I strive to empower the client to make positive changes as we co-investigate the problem. I am an activenonjudgmental listener and work as a team to find a solution.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with my Masters of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Denver. I have a passion for enabling people to live their best lives by providing Cognitive Behavioral and Solution-Focused models of therapy.
