About My Clients
I help men sort through what they keep to themselves: feeling numb or checked out, pulling away at home, or getting stuck in habits they can’t turn off, including sexual patterns that feel hard to rein in. These patterns start cutting into work and relationships, even when you’ve been trying to push through on your own. Slowing down and looking underneath the surface is often what starts to create the kind of change that actually lasts.
My Background and Approach
Talking to a male therapist can feel like exhaling for the first time in years. Therapy here is steady and straightforward. We slow down, talk plainly, and look at what’s been building under the surface instead of relying on quick fixes or coping tricks. I focus on the patterns that run in the background — the reactions that show up before you can think about them, the pressure you’ve been carrying, and the parts of yourself you’ve pushed aside to keep moving. My style is grounded, direct, and depth‑oriented. No jargon, no emotional over‑processing, no pressure to perform. Just honest conversations that help you get clear on what’s happening internally and what needs to shift. If you’ve been looking for a therapist who understands how men actually move through the world, reach out for a quick chat and we’ll see if it feels like a good fit.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe most men aren’t struggling because they’re weak — they’re struggling because they’ve been carrying too much alone for too long. Strength without space turns into pressure, and pressure eventually shows up as anger, shutdown, compulsive habits, or feeling disconnected from yourself. I see therapy as a place to slow down enough to hear what’s actually going on underneath the surface. Not to fix you, but to help you understand yourself in a way that makes life feel less reactive and more grounded. Clarity creates movement.
