I work closely with clients suffering from symptoms of depression and anxiety and help individuals understand, manage, and alleviate depressive symptoms through evidence-based therapeutic approaches, medication management, assessment, individual and family therapy. Overall, my primary goal is to support clients in improving mood, functioning, and overall well-being.

My passion and specialization are in autism and neuro divergent/diverse populations tailored to support individuals on the autism spectrum and their families, helping them navigate challenges related to communication, social interactions, emotional regulation, and daily life skills. my role varies based on the individual’s age, needs, and goals, but the primary focus is to enhance quality of life, promote independence, and foster meaningful connections.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a widely used, evidence-based form of psychotherapy that focuses on identifying and changing negative thought patterns and behaviors. It is based on the idea that thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are interconnected, and by modifying unhelpful thoughts, individuals can improve their emotions and actions. I use an organic treatment team supported intervention within the best practices or CBT, and Motivational Interviewing.

Couples therapy is a form of psychotherapy designed to help partners improve their relationship, resolve conflicts, and build a stronger emotional connection. It is facilitated by a trained therapist who provides guidance and tools to help couples communicate effectively, understand each other's perspectives, and address issues that may be causing distress. We also offer a unique approach to couples therapy that includes two therapists in each couple's session.

Eclectic Therapy is a flexible and integrative approach to psychotherapy that combines techniques and principles from different therapeutic modalities based on the client’s unique needs, preferences, and challenges. Instead of adhering to a single theoretical framework, eclectic therapists tailor their interventions by drawing from various evidence-based approaches. No one person fits into a standard intervention style and are proud of our unique approach to therapy.

As a therapist specializing in ADHD I work with individuals who have Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder to help them manage symptoms, develop coping strategies, and improve daily functioning. I provide structured support tailored to the unique challenges of ADHD, which include difficulties with focus, impulsivity, organization, and emotional regulation. We also provide a well-attended weekly mentored social functional group meetings.
