About My Clients
Genuineness and nonjudgmental acceptance are central to my practice, and I strive to communicate these qualities in each session. I enjoy working with people facing a variety of concerns, including existential anxieties, spirituality, mood disorders, sexuality, family and relationship issues, transitional periods, trauma, and anxiety, among other stressors.
My Background and Approach
Having completed an intensive year of psychodynamic and family systems training at the Institute of Contemporary Psychotherapy in Manhattan, I have become versed in utilizing the principles of Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Gender and Sexuality Studies, Attachment Theory, Intergenerational Trauma and frameworks of Neuroscience.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am based out of Infinity Mental Health Counseling in New Paltz, where I offer in-person sessions, telehealth sessions, and hiking therapy. I work with children ages 10 and up, teens, and adults of all ages. I warmly invite you to reach out to discuss the potential of working together. I look forward to establishing a meaningful connection with you and helping you to experience peace in your life. Together we will journey toward healing.
