About My Clients

Feeling stuck, disconnected, or lonely in your relationship? Craving more pleasure and intimacy? Struggling with communication or navigating life changes like marriage, divorce, perimenopause, or other transitions? I help individuals and couples build confidence, embrace desire, strengthen connection, and gain practical tools for lasting, meaningful change.

My Background and Approach

I’m an LPCC trained in sex therapy, trauma-informed care, and psychedelic preparation and integration, with nearly 20 years teaching yoga and meditation. I bring all of this to our work together. Over my career, I’ve learned dozens of practical tools, and my goal is for you to leave with at least five you can carry with you, whether to improve communication, navigate stressful moments, or deepen connection and intimacy. We’ll work together in a warm, embodied, judgment-free space where I'll offer up compassionate straight talk and the occasional dash of humor. I’m direct, solution-focused, and here to help you build confidence, clarity, and lasting change.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe the work only works if you work it—said with sass (yes, this could be a Missy Elliot lyric). I love Jung’s quote, “Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will drive your life and you will call it fate,” and Einstein’s, “A problem cannot be solved at the level of consciousness that created it.” I’m here to help you raise your awareness and create a more grounded, enlivening life. I grew up in Texas, the daughter of an immigrant, often feeling caught between cultures. That taught me to carve my own space and create accepting spaces for others—a lesson I carry into my work as a yoga teacher, Reiki practitioner, and therapist. I have lived experience with trauma, and through therapy and psychedelic work, I’ve learned to be my own best friend and embrace self love. I engage in quiet, behind-the-scenes activism and believe that transformation and growth are possible for everyone. Let's uncover insight, cultivate your self-compassion, and creating meaningful, real change.
