About My Clients
I support clients who want to make a change in their lives and free themselves specifically from an addiction, reduce their anxiety and/or better their relationships. As a therapist, I empower my clients to open up to the wisdom within themselves, identify their goals and discover the path that is right for them. I assist clients with deepening their insight and awareness and then find ways to make the changes in their lives that is in alignment with their values.
My Background and Approach
I have extensive experience working with adolescents and adults struggling with substance and behavioral addictions, depression and anxiety, life transitions, parenting and relationship issues. I am action-oriented and solution-focused and utilize evidence based interventions and tools to assist individuals in creating the changes they desire day to day in their lives with real results. We will first start with an assessment to ensure I understand you better and what you are needing. Then, we will collaborate on your treatment plan and goals, in addition to ways to measure the effectiveness of treatment and what feels right for you.

I believe everyone can learn to look within themselves to access their own inner wisdom and make the changes they desire in addition to discovering the path that is right for them in achieving those goals.
