About My Clients
First and foremost, I want to remind you that your feelings are valid and your struggles are real. Life can be hard, change can be difficult, uncertainty can be maddening, anxiety can be debilitating, intrusive thoughts can be harmful, and certain memories can be painful. Our work together will involve focusing on what we can do to get you to be the best person you can be.
My Background and Approach
I’m a compassionate and curious person who will work collaboratively with you to understand your life story and how it got you here. I also encourage, and practice, authenticity when working together with you. I look at the world through an anti-racist, decolonized, gender-inclusive, sex-positive lens and aim to create space for you to become empowered and confident.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Our relationship is the single most important aspect of our work together. I recognize the privilege I carry as a white, cisgender, heterosexual male and remain humble in my cultural awareness. As a neurodivergent person, I am a mental health advocate who aims to destigmatize mental illnesses and work to celebrate your unmasked and authentic self.
