My Background and Approach
Currently accepting new clients via teletherapy.* I am ready to help you! I have been a therapist for 11+ years and my mission is to help you find balance in your life. My specialties include the treatment of relationship issues, substance use, anger management, anxiety and depression for adults. I view therapy through a holistic standpoint, in which I use the mind and the body to help you get to the wellness that you so deserve. I became a therapist because I wanted to help clients navigate the stresses of work and life and make meaningful changes that would improve their mental well-being.
