While I primarily practice from a person-centered and emotion-focused approach, I also integrate narrative, existential, and cognitive-behavioral techniques. I'm trained in Inference-based CBT, an evidence-backed treatment for OCD that doesn't require exposures. I advocate for pursuing deeply held values rather than solely addressing challenges.
