AMFT,
Accepting Clients

I see therapy as a collaborative and deeply human process. It’s an opportunity to slow down, reflect, heal, and thrive.

Associate Marriage & Family Therapist in Los Angeles, CA

About My Clients

The majority of my clients are gay men—individuals and couples—who want to grow and thrive in a world that is not always welcoming. We often explore things like personal identity, self-compassion, life purpose, belonging, loneliness, sex and dating.

My Background and Approach

My approach integrates several therapeutic models, each offering a distinct lens for understanding how the mind moves through pain, growth, and change. Together, they help engage the emotional, cognitive, relational, and somatic dimensions of experience—so you can make sense of your inner world, deepen your self-understanding, and live with more clarity, connection, and choice. The modalities I draw from and in which I have specialized training include Emotionally Focused Therapy, Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy, Trauma Resiliency Model, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that understanding who we are, at a deep level—what makes us tick, what excites us, what scares us—enables us to live more intentionally, less reactively, and with more gratitude. Therapy offers the best way to explore who you are.
