How I Can Help You
Life is not easy. Relationships are not easy. No matter what anyone’s social media facade might seem to convey, combining the hopes, dreams, and desires of multiple people and making them all work in ways that leave everyone happy is a monumental feat. Throw in the difficulties, pressures, and prejudices that society, families, and the professional world put on us, and sometimes we need help. My goal is to create a judgment-free, open-minded, and honest therapeutic environment to work toward change, growth, and happiness. Starting with a person-centered approach, I combine a variety of therapeutic modalities and offer both intensive and long-term therapeutic paths so that we can find the best fit for your already demanding life. I believe therapy should be as accessible as possible, and offer flexible sliding scale rates in addition to the rates posted here.
