Together, we can process contributors to these patterns, release chronic tension, and build a life with self-compassion and room to breathe.
My Background and Approach
As a licensed professional counselor and board‑certified music therapist, I offer a space where your experiences can be explored with both language and music. My work spans multiple levels of mental health care, and each setting has shaped the grounded, flexible approach I bring to therapy. I practice from a person‑centered, trauma‑informed, and strengths‑based perspective, rooted in deep respect for each individual’s resilience and capacity for growth. I believe every person carries a story that is uniquely their own, and therapy should honor that individuality. My approach is integrative and relational. I draw from EMDR, music therapy, psychodynamic perspectives, narrative therapy, IFS‑informed parts work, polyvagal and mindfulness‑based interventions, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Together, these modalities support clients in cultivating insight, healing, and a life that feels authentic and meaningful.

My work is guided by a belief in compassion, authenticity, and the shared humanity we all bring into the room.
