My Background and Approach
I specialize in the treatment of anxiety and stress management in teens, young adults and adults. Therapy is the feeling of being deeply understood and validated. When we allow ourselves to unravel the emotional and interpersonal knots, we allow ourselves heal. Therapy can provide, insight, a different perspective and relief. It can also provide strategies to help you grow and be the best version of yourself. I offer an emphatic, non-judgmental approach to treatment in which my patients can feel understood and unconditionally accepted. I offer, empowerment, encouragement, and compassion that is conducive to growth and change.
