My Background and Approach
Brenda has a Bachelors of Science degree in Youth Ministry from the University of Northwestern and a Master of Arts degree in Professional Counseling from Liberty University. Brenda is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of Minnesota. She works with Adolescents age 16 and up, adults and couples. Therapeutic approaches include Cognitive Behavioral therapy, DBT Informed Therapy, Adaptive Internal Relational (AIR) Network Model and other approaches when indicated.
