I have been practicing as an individual therapist since 2003, and as an anxiety specialist for over ten years. My work with clients is not only based on years of practical application, but is grounded in clinical evidence and interventions. With a humanistic approach and through a trauma informed lens, I utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques including, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Polyvagal Theory, and Shame Resilience. I have spent the later part of my life studying and mastering clinical interventions to help those struggling with anxiety, stress, depression, and grief. I offer a compassionate environment to hold space for all your feelings. In our work together you will learn how your thoughts shape your feelings. You will learn to incorporate tools to overcome your symptoms and help you shift the way you feel. Together we will build on the strengths already present in yourself to help you cope with and manage your current stress.
