My Background and Approach
I am a bilingual marriage and family therapist based in Los Angeles, with a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology and a child development specialty from Antioch University. I specialize in working with children, teens, and adults, with a particular focus on neurodiversity, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and PDA profiles. My approach to therapy is through a blend of psychodynamic, narrative, existential, and eclectic modalities, tailoring her methods to meet the unique needs of each client. I have been working with families as a full-spectrum doula and caregiver for over a decade and my care for helping others began at 12 years old as an ESL camp counselor.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that a therapeutic space is cultivated through the collaborative efforts of both the client and the clinician. Together, we can foster an environment of safety and trust. Neurodiversity is a broad and unique spectrum, and while certain patterns may emerge, each client is distinct. This is why I view treatment as an ongoing collaboration—a process of co-creation that evolves to meet the individual needs of each person
