Having personally experienced severe anxiety - to the point of sensing a constant buzzing - I understand how much it can impact daily life. I work with clients to build awareness, develop practical coping strategies, and slowly regain a sense of control, so anxiety no longer holds them back from living fully.

I help clients recognize how these inherited patterns impact their mental health, and guide them in unlearning what they feel no longer serves them while building resilience, self-compassion, and a sense of belonging.
