About My Clients

If you’re first-gen, a child of immigrants, or juggling two cultures, this space is for you. I get the family expectations, the translating, and the heaviness. Therapy here is real, down-to-earth, and focused on curiosity, compassion, and letting go of what’s not yours to carry. A space to breathe, unlearn, and grow without judgment — I got you. :)

My Background and Approach

I offer you a rooted, liberating space to heal. Through relational, somatic, and person-centered care, I help you slowly reclaim your voice, your power, and your whole self— not performing, not pretending, just you.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that people can grow, change, and heal at any point in their lives. Many mental health challenges come from learned patterns, often shaped by family expectations and cultural pressures, and these patterns can be unlearned and replaced with healthier ways of coping. I’ve navigated my own struggles balancing family, culture, and anxiety, and therapy helped me find freedom and clarity. My goal is to help you and your family create space to breathe, connect, and grow together. I show up without judgment, honor diverse experiences, and actively support LGBTQ+ rights. If you want to explore how we can work together, send me a message — I’d love to connect!
