Walk and Talk therapy is the name I like to use however it was not one of the choices in the list. Essentially this services is the only in person therapy I provide and can only be done in the Monroe County area. You and I would meet for our sessions outside at a local park and walk the duration of the session. This type of therapy allows you to take an active (physical movement) approach to fighting the struggles that get in your way. When you bring in exercise, sun, grass healing can happen!
Coaching and Wellness is something that I believe strongly about and weave into my practice. By building a healthy lifestyle includes knowing what to eat and what to avoid, how much to exercise or better yet how to just increase the amount you move in a day. I will be the person who can hold you accountable. Let me help you design a fitness and wellness plan that will work for you.
