The Psychology Lab provides individual, couples or group sessions. In these sessions we can work on a variety of topics such as infidelity, communication issues, first responder trauma, post traumatic distress, depression, anxiety, childhood issues, addiction issues, chronic pain, couple’s work, and even feelings of disconnectedness.
My Background and Approach
The Psychology Lab's is experienced in talk therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, Gottman couples and trauma trained, brainspotting trained, uses polyvagal approaches as well as vibrational therapy. However The Psychology Lab focus is creating a safe place for people to connect, heal and address any vulnerability.
