About My Clients
I enjoy helping with: academic stress and life transitions in young adulthood, life-balance in middle adulthood, and changes in health, functioning, relationships, and living situations in older adulthood. My clinical areas of interest are supporting women in perimenopause through personal and life changes, as well as, working with those who have a new diagnosis of and/or are navigating having Attention Hyperactivity Deficit Disorder (ADHD) in adulthood.

My therapeutic style is respectful, direct, consistent, and compassionate. I strive to provide a warm, safe, and non-judgmental space where you can feel comfortable exploring and implementing growth and change. My holistic approach to therapy is person-centered, strengths and evidenced based, so that we can customize treatment that works for you. Whether you are looking for brief therapy focusing on problem-solving for current life stressors, or want to heal from deeper issues, my goal is to help you identify areas in your life that you wish to address. I will challenge and support you in developing ways to work through, adapt to, improve or overcome your concerns. Together, we can get through this.

I view therapy as part of maintaining overall health and wellness and there doesn’t necessarily have to be something “wrong.”
