The crippling effects of anxiety can be felt in all areas of your life. As a HeartMath Practitioner, I teach my clients how to address their anxiety using breathwork and visualizations. This work gives you a tangible tool to use daily, as well as when "in the moment" anxiety hits. When practiced regularly, the tools create new neurological pathways in your brain and allow your body to engage your parasympathetic or calming nervous system so you can experience days with less anxious feelings.

Through my person-centered approach, I am able to quickly build rapport with you in a way that creates a safe space for you to do some of your deepest and most vulnerable work. Being a person-centered clinician means that you the client are in the driver's seat during the session, my job is to keep us on track and headed towards achieving the agreed-upon goals.

There is an incredible power that comes with being able to track your moment-to-moment inner workings and become curious about your experience. Mindfulness creates space to explore why we think the way we think and why we act the way we act. In turn, that allows us to choose whether those thoughts and behaviors drive us towards becoming our best selves or if we would prefer to shift into new patterns of thought and behavior.

Brainspotting is a mind/body approach, unlike other talk therapies, it uses eye positioning to access the neurological system in order to expand on positive experiences or clear unhelpful, negative experiences from the neural network. When we identify something that is impacting you negatively on a day-to-day basis, brainspotting can help unravel the issue to get to the core
