My Background and Approach
My role as a counselor is to help you learn to understand the cues your mind and body are offering you. From there, we will work to empower you to make choices that feel the healthiest for you.Together we will use counseling as a tool to set you free from problematic patterns or behaviors that have been holding you back and work together to enhance your self-esteem, knowledge of self, and well-being.
