About My Clients
I work with adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, burnt out, or disconnected from themselves. Many of my clients are navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, or life transitions and want a space to be understood, grounded, and supported. You don’t need to have everything “figured out” to begin—just a willingness to explore your story and move toward healing, clarity, and self-connection.
My Background and Approach
As a licensed therapist in IL & WA, I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, and ADHD. My approach blends EMDR, somatic work, and parts work to support meaningful, lasting change—not just coping. I’ve helped clients move from survival mode into deeper self-understanding, confidence, and emotional freedom. Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique story, pace, and goals.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing begins when we feel seen, safe, and connected to our inner world—not when we try to “fix” ourselves into who we think we should be. The name SonderFlow reflects my core values: Sonder—the recognition that every person carries a rich, complex story that shapes who they are, and Flow—the gentle process of moving with your emotions, experiences, and growth instead of fighting against them. Therapy with me is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and the belief that each person already holds the wisdom they need. My role is to help you access it, release what no longer serves you, and step into a more aligned version of yourself. Movement is also a part of who I am—I’ve taught dance for years, and it’s influenced my work by deepening my understanding of the mind–body connection, expression, and healing through movement, rhythm, and embodiment.
