Perhaps you are someone who feels highly anxious most of the time, and is noticing its impact on daily life, work, social settings, the body, or relationships. Someone who has low self worth/esteem, or has difficulty finding their voice. I enjoy supporting those in building upon the strengths they already have, supporting needed shifts, and finding more grounding within.

I have a history of working with those who are healing from various forms of abuse or stressful dynamics from childhood, including sexual abuse and assault, domestic violence, and neglect. I enjoy supporting those in their healing journey and reflection of the ways in which there has been an impact, and moving to a place of thriving.

We are all impacted by the relationships we form and have in our early years, and I come from a systemic lens that looks at the influence of various relationships throughout life and how our formed attachment in our younger years can influence how we relate to others later in life. I use Attachment Theory alongside Emotionally Focused Therapy, which has a focus on our patterns within relationships to ourselves and others.

My work within the Internal Family Systems Model has shown me that we all have different parts to ourselves, possibly different wants and needs that feel at odds sometimes. This model gives the ability to work with various parts of us as human, creating understanding and safety, and allowing for needed shifts to occur.

I use Narrative Therapy in honoring each individual's life story that they hold. We all have messages that have been told to us or about us, and messages we say to ourselves. Narrative work gives space for exploring these stories and building capacity for creating new stories and new ways of being within the world, within our relationships, and within our day to day life.

I have a history of working with a variety of families, parents, and caregivers (including within foster care and adoption journeys). You are not alone! I enjoy my work in supporting those through a systemic lens, reflecting on family history and generational impact, and building knowledge and tools to build connection and new dynamics.
