About My Clients
I work best with people who feel like they’re doing “okay-ish” on the outside but are quietly overwhelmed on the inside. Maybe you're an overthinker, a people-pleaser, or someone who's been through some stuff and now overanalyzes texts for sport. If you're tired of holding it all together with caffeine and memes, I’m here for the real talk and real healing. Therapy doesn’t have to be stiff. Let’s make it meaningful, honest, and maybe even a little fun.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Independent Social Worker with specialized training in trauma, grief, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I also use Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT) to help partners build stronger, more connected relationships. I’ve worked extensively with individuals and couples facing anxiety, depression, addiction, and major life changes. Using evidence-based methods like CBT and CPT, I tailor therapy to your unique needs, so you get practical tools and deep insight. My goal is to make therapy feel collaborative, human, and focused on what truly helps you or your relationship thrive.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone can grow and change, regardless of their current life situation. Mental health challenges often come from patterns we’ve learned over time, but those patterns can be unlearned and replaced with healthier ways of coping. My journey has shown me the power of healing, and I’m committed to helping you discover that same strength and freedom. As a proud member of the LGBTQ community and a feminist who values equality and social justice, I create a space where all identities are honored and respected. If you’re ready to take the next step, I’d love to hear from you.
