About My Clients

My clients are the ones who've been holding it together on the outside while quietly falling apart inside. They're the overthinkers, the people-pleasers, the ones carrying old wounds into new relationships. Adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, or major life changes. People who've never felt safe enough to say the hard things out loud—until now. If you're tired of just surviving and ready for something real, you're exactly who I work with.

My Background and Approach

My approach is direct, warm and grounded in real connection. I don't believe in sitting silently while you figure it out alone. I'm an active partner in your healing. I show up fully for every session. I ask the questions that cut through the noise and get to the heart of what's actually going on. I use attachment theory to help you understand why you do what you do, how your earliest relationships shaped the patterns showing up in your life right now. We don't just talk about symptoms. We go deeper, exploring the roots so real change becomes possible. Trauma lives in the body, so I meet you there too helping you recognize how past experiences hijack your present and teach you tools to feel safe in yourself again. This is a space where nothing is too messy, too dark or too shameful to bring. I'll be honest with you when it matters, celebrate your wins, and hold steady when things get hard. You don't need to perform "fine" here. You just need to show up. The rest we figure out together.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that every person carries more strength than they've ever been given credit for. Life has a way of burying that under trauma, shame, loss, and years of just getting by. It's still there. I've seen it in the people who finally said the thing they'd never said out loud. In the ones who showed up even when it felt impossible. That's resilience. That's being human. What drives me is simple: I believe people deserve to heal. Not just cope. Not just manage. Actually heal. And I believe the right relationship built on honesty, safety, and real trust is what makes that possible. Therapy isn't magic. It's two people doing brave, meaningful work together. I show up to every session because I know change is possible. I've witnessed it too many times to doubt it. You are not too far gone. You are not too complicated. You are not too much. You are exactly who this work is made for and I am exactly the person ready to do it with you.
