My Background and Approach
Brave Soul Therapy is a diverse group of clinicians offering inclusive, trauma-informed therapy across California. Our team includes licensed therapists and associates with specialized training in areas such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, DBT, ACT, grief counseling, and somatic practices. We bring years of experience in addiction recovery, crisis support, and working with LGBTQ+, BIPOC, neurodivergent, and disabled communities. Our clinicians are deeply committed to creating a safe, affirming space where you can feel seen, supported, and empowered. Whether you're navigating trauma, stress, identity exploration, religious deconstruction, or relationship challenges, we tailor therapy to your unique needs.
