About My Clients
Are you feeling triggered on a daily basis and just want that to go away? Are you wanting to understand your body better and discover how you may be holding trauma in your body? I know exactly how It feels to be uncomfortable with where you are at now because it feels like you can't control your reactions to your environment. I want to help you understand all of this, and give you a safe place to process it all.
My Background and Approach
I have completed additional training in Animal-Assisted Psychotherapy, EMDR, the Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and trauma-informed care. I am currently certified as a Trauma Services Specialist (CTSS) with the Association of Traumatic Stress Specialists. I primarily incorporate EMDR in sessions to help clients process stressful events.
