My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that life gets hard for everyone sometimes. As a mother of two grown sons I have seen the struggles of family in our home. I have survived the teenage years! After my father passed I experienced anxiety and had to take my own teachings and learn how to use them for myself. Understanding the freedom that comes from not living with the anxiety is amazing. Knowing how difficult it was gives me a way to relate with my clients. I would love to help you through whatever you are working through.
