My Background and Approach
I have a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. I utilize Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to help you reach your goals effectively. My mission is to empower, promote self-awareness, and provide a supportive and comforting space for you to process life's struggles.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe so strongly about the power of therapy because I've been there. I understand the impact of trauma on your mental health and how it can negatively change your life. I'm proof that trusting the process can bring healing. I wish to help my clients feel supported, understood and seen.
