With 10+ years of experience, I specialize in serving Veterans, justice-involved individuals, and underserved populations. I’m Board-Certified and licensed in multiple states, using evidence-based methods like CBT, MI, and PST. My approach is client-centered, empowering individuals to overcome obstacles and achieve their goals. Drawing on my military background, I understand trauma and resilience firsthand, offering a compassionate space for healing. I also develop programs blending therapy with community empowerment.
