Modern life can be challenging for us all, and many of us need some guidance, coaching, or counseling to live the life we desire and deserve to have. Whether you are struggling with feelings of depression, anxiety, grief and loss, burnout, or are just overwhelmed and struggle to make it through the day some days, help is here.
My Background and Approach
You may wonder what seeing me and talking to me about your problems will be like. I am nonjudgmental, warm, laid back, and welcoming. We will work together to identify problems you would like to work on, come up with some strategies for you to implement, and evaluate how they work. Sometimes they will work great from the beginning, but often it will take us some time to get our strategies just right.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that we all are capable of change and adaptation to life circumstances. I also believe that we all experience times in our lives where we need someone to come alongside us and help us to identify things in our lives that aren't working so well, and to come up with some strategies to improve those areas. My goal in working with you is to be your partner and guide in helping you create a better life.
