My approach is rooted in evidence-based treatments. I focus on helping you build practical tools while also exploring deeper patterns that may be holding you back. I do provide homework to give you the opportunity to learn and to reflect on your patterns of thinking and behaviors. In our sessions, you can expect a supportive and nonjudgmental space where we’ll work together to understand what you’re going through and identify practical ways to help you feel better and move forward. You'll gain insight into your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and learn coping strategies to manage stress, anxiety, depression, or whatever you're facing. My goal is to help you build on your strengths, develop healthier patterns, and feel more in control of your life. You won’t walk this path alone—I'll be here to support and guide you every step of the way.
