I work with couples, families, polyamorous relationships, and relationships of all kinds! My interests are in LGBTQIA+ issues, racial/cultural identities, faith/spiritual matters, religious deconstruction, ADHD, sex/sexuality, gender expression, kink/BDSM aware, and effective communication.
My Background and Approach
I define myself as a relational therapist, which means that I believes people are influenced and shaped by the world, and culture(s) around them. This guides my work to incorporate the person and all the influences surrounding them to find a path forward into a place that feels more authentic to them.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
If someone told me that I would be where I am today, there is no way I would believe them! I believe that life can change faster than any of us could possibly imagine and catching up with it isn't always the easiest. I believe that all the experiences that we've had along the way are valid, even if we don't understand it at the moment. I believe that every answer we seek already exists within us and it's only a matter of exploring the unknown parts of ourselves.
