Men often arrive at therapy after carrying too much alone. Work pressure, addictive patterns including pornography, anger they can't explain, faith struggles, or grief they were never taught to process. I work with men directly, without shame, drawing on 15 years of experience and the perspective of a husband and father.

As a Certified Sex Therapist, I work with couples and individuals on intimacy concerns, mismatched desire, sexual dysfunction, sex addiction recovery, pornography use, and the effects of past sexual trauma. This is a specialty most therapists don't pursue, and clients often tell me they spent years looking for someone who could actually help.
