About My Clients
My clients are diverse, from struggles with mood to personality, individual to family, substance to behaviors. What links us all is the same, and I walk with my clients into healing, not just to cope, but actual healing.
My Background and Approach
For many life can be one of two things, either you feel like you are never enough so why try or you feel like you have to always keep pushing and keep going never able to relax. If never enough, you have tried everything to pull yourself out and people are quick to tell you how, so you put on a smile to hide it. On the other, you pride yourself on how much you accomplish but feel less than when you slow. Maybe you are struggling in a relationship and ready to learn how to not only have healthier relationship-building boundaries but also interested in learning out how to draw closer through empathetic attunement.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I hope the people I come into relationship with know they are loved outside of any expectations or performance. From that space of love, all the things that caused us to fight for survival are no longer needed; instead, we can step into the light of love and shed any coping mechanisms that no longer serve us as we become who we were meant to be.
