I believe everyone deserves to have their emotions identified, listened to, and respected and that looks and feels differently to everyone. We must be open to learning and receptive to the perceptions of others, especially for individuals who experience anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, complex trauma, substance abuse disorders, schizophrenic disorders, grief, and loss, and so much more.
My Background and Approach
I specialize in individualized therapy with adults, children and teens and also treat couples and families. I work primarily within a cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) frame although I have the training and experience to adapt my therapeutic style to best suit each clients’ individual needs.
