About My Clients
It is said we have 60 to 80 thousand thoughts a day. That is roughly 1.2 thoughts every second. Many of those thoughts are the same thoughts we had yesterday and the day before. This over saturation of information is being reinforced constantly and it begins the moment we open our eyes. In order to take hold of our true capabilities we need to slow this cycle down. When we slow it down we create space for new thoughts and the possibility of living your best life. How do we do this? Meditation.
My Background and Approach
My work with meditation has given me the ability to recognize that I have choice in the thoughts that dictate my daily experience and ultimately my outlook on life itself. I believe it can do the same for you. Combining my knowledge of psychotherapy and meditation I hope to begin to work with you on rediscovering your higher self. In our work together we will move towards realigning your body, mind, and spirit. It is my belief that all three require necessary attention in order to illicit change. If meditation is not your avenue at this time that's ok. We can work together by using classic and post modern psychotherapy modalities. Whether that is finding new ways to view your current situation or recognizing old family patterns, we will work together to better understand why you function the way you do and how you can create lasting change. Additionally, and probably most importantly, I can offer a non-judgmental ear for you to externalize whatever it is you are experiencing.
