About My Clients
Brandon works with older adolescents, adults, and couples seeking healing from trauma, anxiety, depression, relational strain, grief, or parenting challenges. He welcomes clients who value emotional insight, curiosity about inner growth, and a willingness to engage in therapeutic transformation. Many clients appreciate his LGBTQ+ affirming stance and trauma-informed lens.
My Background and Approach
Brandon practices from a foundation of Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB), integrating therapeutic modalities to best meet each client’s unique needs. His approach is emotion-forward and mindfulness-oriented, and he draws from EMDR, AEDP, and attachment-based frameworks. Sessions are collaborative and tailored—grounded in research and compassionate trust—to help clients feel safe, seen, and empowered.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that healing is possible for everyone, no matter where you’re starting from. We’re not stuck with the patterns we picked up through pain, trauma, or survival—we can grow, shift, and create new ways of being. My own journey includes navigating grief and anxiety, and I know firsthand how powerful therapy can be when it’s grounded in safety and connection. I’ve built my practice around helping people feel more at home in themselves, whether that means working through past trauma, improving relationships, or just getting out of survival mode. I’m an EMDR nerd, a big believer in nervous system healing, and someone who genuinely loves sitting with people through the messy middle. I also believe Wyoming sunsets are unmatched and that an open road can offer quite a bit of healing. If you're curious about working together, feel free to reach out—I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
