Suicidal thoughts aren’t always a “pathology”—often they’re a messenger. They can signal that life feels unbearable, your nervous system is overwhelmed, or you’re carrying pain alone. For many people, these thoughts don’t mean you truly want to die; they mean you want suffering to end. When met with compassion and curiosity, suicidal thoughts can guide us toward what’s needed: safety, support, connection, rest, and real change.

Anxiety can be a signal that your spirit and body are asking for safety, rest, and reconnection. It often arises when we are out of rhythm—disconnected from ourselves, our needs, or the earth. I support clients in calming the nervous system and listening to what anxiety is trying to communicate. Together we create steadiness through grounded practices, emotional healing, and practical tools for daily life.

Historical and intergenerational trauma can live in the body, family systems, and spirit—showing up as anxiety, grief, shame, hypervigilance, or feeling disconnected from yourself and others. Many people carry pain that didn’t start with them. In therapy, we honor the story, name what was survived, and gently heal the patterns passed down. Together we build safety, restore identity and belonging, and support you in breaking cycles with compassion and strength.

Lifespan Integration is a gentle trauma therapy that helps your brain and body recognize that the past is truly over. Lifespan Integration supports healing by helping you integrate your life story in a way that builds safety, reduces triggers, and strengthens a sense of stability and wholeness. EMDR is a trauma-informed therapy that helps your brain reprocess painful memories so they no longer feel as intense, triggering, or “stuck.” Instead of reliving the past, we work in a structured, safe way that supports your nervous system while your mind naturally moves toward healing.
