About My Clients
I have a history of supporting those with substance or alcohol abuse recovery and PTSD/trauma. I also work extensively with the LGBTQIA+ population and support those in need of exploration and understanding of their gender expression and sexual identity without judgement. I enjoy working with those struggling with spiritual emergence or experiences outside of conventional reality.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Clinical Counselor and Art Therapist since 2016 with a trauma-informed and social justice approach. I believe in the human capacity for resilience. Despite the challenges that you may be facing, having space to process from your authenticity and spirit can provide a platform for your transformation. I work with each client from a holistic and collaborative standpoint hoping to provide compassion and non-judgment around the process of therapy to create a sense of safety. I also enjoy utilizing a creative arts therapy perspective which can give space for internal reflection that can visually allow one to witness what is happening within.
