About My Clients
I've worked with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, life transitions, grief, phase of life issues, addiction, rediscovering themselves during separation or after divorce, college students, children, ages 10 and older, as well as adults and individuals preparing for retirement. Whether you are seeking skills for personal development, support through grief and loss, or a safe space to celebrate joy or process life transitions, therapy offers an opportunity to deepen relationships.
My Background and Approach
My background in Wellness coaching and Clinical Health Education helps me meet clients where they are and support behavior and lifestyle change when they are ready. Utilizing a blend of therapeutic approaches—including Motivational Interviewing, CBT, Client centered, harm reduction, Narrative Therapy, and Mindfulness—I help clients navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and resilience. I am EMDR trained and can deliver this treatment approach in person or through telehealth.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Life is full of transition. At times we forget about our strengths and abilities. I work with clients to identify internal and external resources to navigate life. Stressors And be more more aligned with the authentic self so that we are able to recognize s our own needs and get our needs met in a healthy way. I integrate your life experience, my Clinical work experience and training to provide clients with a rounded approach to improving the quality of life that incorporates movement, behavior and lifestyle change, utilizing natural supports in the environment as well as internal resources to ground you in the present and help connect with the authentic self.
