As a nurse educator and mental health advocate, I champion for mental health awareness in underserved communities and support initiatives that address health inequities, social determinants of health, and emotional wellness across the lifespan. We value inclusivity and strive to create a safe space for people of all backgrounds, identities, and experiences, including those navigating racial stress, caregiver burnout, trauma, and life transitions. Wellness is not one-size-fits-all, and care should honor culture, faith, family, and personal goals.
