About My Clients
My clients are children 7+ along with women and LGBTQIA+ individuals across the lifespan. I am here to provide a safe, non-judgemental and pracitical space for you to work through your problems. I work with life transitions, anxiety disorders, trauma, ADHD, grief and loss, and women related issues.
My Background and Approach
When we work together you can expect someone who treats you with dignity, respect, understanding ,and warmth. I use a person-centered approach first, so you are the expert in your story. I also maily use CBT, mindfulness and solution-focused therapy mostly when I work with clients. This helps you have practical solutions to your problems and also feel more grounded and empowered to make better choices or move through a difficult time with more confidence.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that with the right tools you can accomplish most things. Our minds are powerful in limiting our beliefs but also in achieving them. I encourage personal empowerment and am very strength-based. My goal is to have everyone understand that they deserve to have a safe space including people LGBTQIA+ individuals, people of color, women, etc.
