About My Clients

My clients range in age (from teens to seniors) and hold various identities (sexual, gender, racial, ethnic, cultural, economic, and religious). I help people who are struggling to be their authentic selves to form and maintain healthy relationships and find fulfillment in their lives. Together, we'll work to find what's in your way and what unconscious processes are contributing to your difficulties.

My Background and Approach

I integrate Psychodynamic and Relational approaches with my Buddhist psychological leanings. I help individual clients explore their lives, develop a more compassionate and connective relationship to self and others, and deepen the capacity for insight and fulfillment. In addition, I help couples resolve issues, find greater intimacy, and develop space so both members can thrive. Lastly, I facilitate Interpersonal Process Groups to help clients experience themselves more authentically and dynamically in real-time as they relate to other members of the group . Through this work, participants undoubtedly learn to create better, more meaningful relationships and understand the limiting roles they play in the world at large.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
I have experience with the following
  • Buddhism
  • Judaism
