I work with couples who are hurting, disconnected, and wondering if it's too late. Many are navigating infidelity, communication breakdown, or years of emotional distance. I also work with individuals dealing with anxiety, anger, and church wounds. My clients want more than to survive their pain. They want to understand it, move through it, and build something stronger.
My Background and Approach
I am Brady G. Daniel, MA, LPC-S, founder of Numa Marriage Counseling and Coaching in Southlake, Texas. I have 19 years of clinical experience specializing in marriage counseling, couples therapy, and infidelity recovery from a faith-integrated perspective. My approach is integrative, drawing from Emotionally Focused Therapy, Scripture, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, and Psychodynamic principles. I look at the whole person, body, soul, and spirit, to understand where disharmony exists and what is keeping someone stuck. I do not just sit and listen. I help people move. I serve as a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor, a doctoral student in MFT at Liberty University, and faculty at The King's University. I am also a published author. I work with clients in person in Southlake and via telehealth across Texas. Private pay, $175 per session, with a free 15 minute consultation.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe every person carries more capacity for healing than they realize. Pain, disconnection, and brokenness are not the end of the story. I have seen marriages restored that looked impossible. I have watched individuals find freedom from anger, anxiety, and wounds they carried for decades. My faith is not separate from my work. It is the foundation of it. I believe God designed us for wholeness, that the body, soul, and spirit are meant to function in harmony, and that lasting change happens when all three are addressed together. I do not believe therapy is about managing symptoms. It is about transformation. My goal in every session is to help people move from survival into purpose, from pain into clarity, from disconnection into genuine intimacy. I bring the same conviction to my clinical work that I bring to my faith. Healing is possible. Restoration is real. And the work we do together matters far beyond the counseling room.
