About My Clients
I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families. I have experience working with transitional aged young adults, navigating seasons of life, men's issues, addiction(s), and life and relationship struggles.
My Background and Approach
I start with a person centered approach to the therapy process which means that I meet the client/couple/family where they are and help construct a path for where the client/couple/family needs to be. I borrow tools and techniques from the many approaches of therapy and mental health improvement .
