We work with various issues such as relationships, marital, depression, anxiety, behavioral, adjustment struggles, self-esteem, addictions, trauma, PTSD, spirituality, stress and many more life situations. We have a heart for people! We come with many life experiences and know life is hard. We also provide online counseling for the whole state of Texas.
My Background and Approach
We believe we all need someone to talk with throughout our lives, a safe place and safe person we can open up with in ways that we may not be able to with our family and friends. Our passion is to provide a safe haven, with confidentiality and a true listening ear to help bring healing and restoration to hurting people and families. We are dedicated to working alongside you through emotional, mental, physical and/or spiritual issues as well as promote life change and growth. We work with people ages 4 and older, individuals (males and females), couples, and families. We integrate different therapies to fit each person(s) needs. We believe each individual and marriage is unique so together we will discuss your needs, issues, and/or goals and seek what works best for you. Our passion is to help YOU get through the storms of life.
