About My Clients
I collaboratively work to build nonjudgemental, compassionate, and mutually respectful relationships with my clients. I utilize a tailored approach and care for my clients to feel comfortable sharing their experiences. My clients may feel a loss in communication or connection with others, barriers to regulating their emotions or moving through goals to build trust with others, independence within, and a healthy and balanced sense of self and self-esteem.
My Background and Approach
I received my Master’s degree in Existential-Phenomenological Psychology at Seattle University in 2020 and hold a Licensed Mental Health Counselor title with seven years of experience working within various settings of community mental health and private practice with children, adolescents, and adults, providing individual, group, and family therapy. I am trained in various evidence-based practices and incorporate integrated modalities of existential, humanistic, strengths-based, and solution-focused therapy.

I believe therapy to be a warm and enriching space to deconstruct, process, and open up pathways to safely and effectively strengthen your overall well-being. I believe therapy is an essential tool for healing, growth, and development. I offer a collaborative and supportive therapeutic space for discovering your potentiality and encouraging meaningful actions towards self-directed goals. Through utilizing self-inquiry, enhancing your awareness of your experiences, and identifying and highlighting your strengths, you can work towards fulfilling your aspirations and live life more intentionally and authentically.
